From the grounds of the unexpected and unpredictable, Empty Files oscillates between electronic, the post-industrial aesthetics from the early 90s, psychedelic and trip-hop genres. Feature Txufo Wilson, Jose Lastra, Imanol Fortes and Iñigo Benito, and based in Bilbao (Basque Country) Empty Files introduce to us as an experience full of harmonic tensions, bad-sounding utilleria, synthesizers and twisted patterns created from electronic and acoustic elements. Their last album Lost Files (2021), released by Forbidden Colours (Indepent label curated by Aitor Etxebarria) is a conceptual album of 8 instrumental tracks. As a soundtrack, give to us as a journey of reverie that we will take as a way of escape to deal with the present moment. The band, founded by Txufo Wilson, debuted in 2013 with their first self-titled EP. In 2018 they released their first LP "Shadows", playing it all over the national scene and they didn't stop until the arrival of the 2020 pandemic.
